Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager to own and drive growth for our retailer-facing platform. This role involves driving strategy for features and engagement, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, tracking retail tech trends, ideating and designing features, using data insights to guide the product roadmap, monitoring engagement metrics, managing projects from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth strategy for retailer platform features and engagement
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors
  • Ideate and design features to address retailer pain points
  • Use data insights to guide product roadmap and prioritization
  • Monitor engagement metrics and conversion rates
  • Manage projects end-to-end from concept to launch
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and create project requirements documents
  • Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in product management, consulting, or analytical roles
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical skills are encouraged to apply
