Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team of experts in education. As a Proactive Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging course content, providing personalized support to students, assessing learner progress, and incorporating feedback to improve instructional strategies.

This is a part-time freelance role that offers the opportunity to work independently and remotely, with a focus on delivering high-quality training materials and experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Delivering Corporate Trainings: With experience in delivering corporate trainings, you will be able to create and implement effective training programs that meet the evolving needs of learners.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Online Teaching Tools and Virtual Learning Environments: Proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual learning environments will enable you to design and deliver engaging courses that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Learner Progress Assessment and Feedback: Your ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback will help identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills will enable you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Independent Work: You must be able to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision, to ensure flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or Related Field: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field is required, along with relevant experience in the educational sector.
