Highly Experienced Underwriting Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Underwriter to fill a pivotal role in our organization.
As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for end-to-end underwriting, encompassing:
- Evaluating borrower profiles using creditworthiness indicators.
- Conducting thorough credit report reviews for accurate risk assessment.
You will work on both mortgage underwriting in the UK and US, involving income calculation, debt-to-income ratio analysis, loan-to-value ratio evaluation, asset assessment, and PITI review.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- A minimum of 3.5 years of experience in live underwriting.
- Strong knowledge of credit report review, DTI, LTV, PITI, income, and asset calculations.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with high accuracy.
