Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in Azure Data Platform and Microsoft Fabric? We are seeking an experienced Fabric Lead to join our team

  • Design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.
  • Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in data strategy, innovation, governance, performance optimization, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.

Requirements:

• 9-12 years of experience in data-related fields

• 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse)

• At least 1 year in MS Fabric (client implementation, not POC) projects

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance
