Financial Expert Role

This position involves delivering accurate financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and is critical to the quantification and tracking of key financial initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update financial forecasts, including revenue projections, cost profiles, and subsequent margin projections.
  • Perform variance analysis of actual results to forecast and budget.
  • Assist in developing executive-level reporting packages, including presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct 'hands on' financial modeling and analyses to support business challenges and guide conversations with financial reasoning.
  • Cross-functionally coordinate and drive change with stakeholders through data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

A strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles. Familiarity with accounting principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint. Experience with ERP (e.g., Oracle), Hyperion, CRM (e.g., SalesForce), and BI technologies is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Effective communication skills to present financial insights.
