Key Role: Solution Engineer

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Go Anywhere and Seeburger MFT standard FTP servers, secure FTP servers, and protocols such as SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol), SCP, AS2, and FTPS. Additionally, the candidate must have experience with Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) tools, standards, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of products like Secure Transport, MoveIT, MSK, AWS MQ, and others is essential for this role.Excellent problem-solving skills are required to handle issues related to transfer protocols such as FTP, SFTP, SSH, and Http/s.A strong background in scripting with Unix, shell, or Python is necessary for this position.Familiarity with PGP encryption, SSH Keys, SSL Certification is required.Must be able to handle production incidents, troubleshoot, document the resolution, and explain it to stakeholders on Problem Management meetings.Collaboration with InfoSec team members to remediate vulnerabilities on MFT platform is necessary.Hands-on experience in MFT platform and willingness to explore & learn AWS native solutions around various Messaging platforms is required.Understanding of Card Holder Data processing, PCI, and PII data handling and regulations, experience working with audit teams is a plus.
