Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. This position involves designing, deploying, and optimizing AI models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and large language models (LLMs).

  • Develop and refine AI/ML models tailored to business requirements
  • Build and deploy LLMs or other deep learning architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn is essential.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Desirable skills include exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or LangChain, as well as knowledge of data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, etc.).

A successful candidate will be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
