System Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to fill the role of System Support Specialist. This position involves working closely with our business operations team, providing technical support for our bespoke applications.

  • Proven experience in system support within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, take ownership, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills and a user-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for system-related incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain and manage problem tickets according to established processes, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution tracking.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our trading application, serving as a subject matter expert for users and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a System Support Specialist or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting business-critical applications and customer-facing web applications is essential.
