Job Summary:

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff and clients. Your primary duties will include maintaining our computer systems, email correspondence, sales team coordination, data management, file organization, order taking via phone and WhatsApp, and billing and dispatch updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day operations by resolving technical issues and improving overall system efficiency
  • Maintain email correspondence and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication
  • Manage data on excel spreadsheets and maintain accurate records
  • Organize files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval
  • Take orders via phone and WhatsApp while ensuring timely delivery and billing updates
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient spoken English (nice to have)
  • Good typing speed (necessary)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (necessary)
  • Knowledge of email management (necessary)
  • Knowledge of Tally or similar billing software (necessary)
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and CorelDraw (nice to have)
