Job Title: Molecular Biology Sales Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our team in a dynamic and demanding role that requires strong knowledge of the biotechnology industry.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The role involves extensive travel, typically 15-20 days per month, to meet clients and develop business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Promote and sell products related to molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Strong understanding of molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
B.Tech in Biotechnology/Dairy Technology or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Microbiology is required. 0-5 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
