- Demonstrate expertise in developing and maintaining relationships with Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) accounts.
- Pursue sales opportunities within CAPF units for Zen training solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to CAPF stakeholders.
- Manage sales targets and the sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams for seamless order execution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings for feedback and service enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the defense and government sectors.
- Pursue sales opportunities and expand Zen's customer base in the CAPF units.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to stakeholders.
- Manage sales targets and the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in defense or government sales.
- Knowledge of CAPF structure and procurement processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and government tenders.
