Project Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.
    • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring timely completion within agreed financial constraints.
    • CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
    • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations.
    • Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Technical Skills
    • Familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.
    • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
