As a seasoned professional in event management, this role presents an extraordinary opportunity to excel in the execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of event production, including speaker coordination, logistics management, vendor coordination, layout planning, recce, and virtual event execution.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote various events and initiatives.
  • Anticipate and manage crises as they arise.
  • Create event/project costing.
  • Negotiate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the events market.
  • Maintain process purity by adhering to internal processes.
  • Liaise with external bodies for permissions depending on the type of event.
Requirements:
  • Possess high passion towards events and activations.
  • Demonstrate the right attitude and ability to work with a cross-functional team.
  • Be willing to roll up sleeves and get things done, systematic in approach, and work on the ground with varied categories of people.
  • Eager to learn and attempt new challenges.
  • Experience in visualising events and translating them to on-ground experiences.
  • Strong moral values and ethical integrity.
  • Able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • 5-7 years' experience in managing physical, phygital, and digital events.
  • Good contacts in the market w.r.t. vendors.
  • Experience in liaising with external agencies and departments.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
