Program Management Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to assume responsibility for planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with our partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Program Planning: Develop and execute event strategies to onboard schools with PhysicsWallah.
    • Design and coordinate student engagement activities in partnership with schools.
      • Facilitate collaboration among internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors).
        • Ensure seamless event execution and on-ground management.
          • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
            • Monitor program impact and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
      Required Skills & Qualifications:
      • Effective Communication: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
        • Strong PPT and presentation design abilities.
          • Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management.
            • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
              • Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
