Workshop Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Coordinator to join our team. As a Workshop Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the logistics of our workshops, ensuring their smooth execution, and fostering strong relationships with school coordinators and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory used and distributed during workshops. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of data collected from schools.
  • Client and School Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school coordinators and administrative staff. Coordinate appointments and follow-ups for scheduling school visits.
  • Workshop Execution: Visit schools and conduct awareness workshops on menstrual hygiene. Deliver effective presentations to students, ensuring engagement and understanding.
  • Communication and Reporting: Submit daily reports detailing the tasks performed and schools visited. Share videos and photos of the workshops via platforms like WeTransfer. Collect and submit pre- and post-test analysis for each workshop conducted.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with school coordinators, administrative staff, and students.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly for school visits and workshops is essential.
  • Presentation and Public Speaking Abilities: Strong presentation and public speaking abilities are required to deliver engaging and informative workshops.
  • Data, Inventory, and Report Management: Ability to manage data, inventory, and report tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory if skills align with responsibilities.
