We're looking for a seasoned Production Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative production strategies that drive results.

This role requires a deep understanding of the production process, from conceptualization to delivery. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to schedule projects and resources, source production partners, and maintain project timelines.

You'll assume responsibility for reviewing and approving creative output, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Your tasks will include:

  • Maintaining creative integrity throughout production and post-production.
  • Sourcing directors, crew, and cast for projects.
  • Taking ownership of productions from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Working closely with clients to define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules.
  • Closely collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions.
  • Effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and vision.

To be successful in this role, you'll need 7+ years of experience managing shoot production and post-production in a Creative or Production Agency. You'll have a strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms, knowledge of current trends and events in new media and technology, and previous experience in resource and production services sourcing.
