Job Description

A high-level cybersecurity professional is required to develop and implement effective security strategies, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems.

This individual will be responsible for analyzing complex threats, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing countermeasures to mitigate risk.

They will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans, ensuring business continuity in the event of a security breach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Strategy:
  • Design and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular threat assessments and vulnerability scans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Incident Response and Management:
  • Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to contain and remediate security breaches.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans, ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement security patches and updates.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement security awareness training programs.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Develop and maintain expertise in emerging technologies and security trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending conferences and workshops as necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement new security technologies and tools.

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced cybersecurity professional who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Experience with threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills in SIEM, IDAM, PIM/PAM, Breach Attack Simulation, and Micro Segmentation.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of complex network and endpoint security principles and concepts.
  • Practical experience with operating systems, vulnerability scanning solutions, and network vulnerability identification and mitigation.
  • Acquainted with industry standards and regulations, such as SSAE16, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, NIST, ISO27000, CobiT, ISF, OWASP, SANS.
