The Technical Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring timely completion, meeting customer requirements, and adhering to budget constraints. This role demands strong leadership, project management, and technical skills. You will manage project teams, define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to meet delivery milestones. Effective communication and issue resolution between technical teams and stakeholders are also essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product and software engineering projects
• Connect with customers to discover needs, translate into requirements, and engage for clarity
  • Establish a strong engineering team based on respect, empathy, and exceptional engineering practices such as
    • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions across business functions
    • Partner with principal engineers to deliver best-in-class products and solutions to customers
    • Delight customers through high-quality solutions delivered through strong software engineering principles
    • Breadth of experience covering diverse customer verticals and/or different businesses
    • Ability to stitch complete workflows that enable customers to accelerate their business through demonstration of understanding business needs
    • Strong programming background in Node JS, Java, or Python, React.js, Angular
    • Experience in cloud architecture and technology
    • In-depth experience with application/front-end stack, middle-layer, backend stack, data ingestion to dashboards
    • Anchoring engineering teams to understand issues on the ground and help engineers become un-stuck

On your first day, we expect you to have:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment.
• Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions across business functions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
• Experience working with technical teams, system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs.
• Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions based on data and insights and drive issues to resolution.

We welcome applicants with PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications. Experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices, and hands-on experience in building/generative AI products, are valuable assets.
