Job Title: Area Coach

As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of restaurant managers to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement area-specific operating plans in collaboration with Regional Managers (RMs).
  • Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses, identifying areas for improvement and coaching RGMs to take corrective action.
  • Coaches and assists RGMs in controlling product, labor, and other controllable expenses, approving operating expenditures within guidelines.
  • Ensure all restaurants under supervision meet or exceed customer service standards, driving customer-focused culture through role modeling and training.
  • Oversee prompt and appropriate resolution of complaints, informing Operations Manager of serious matters.

Requirements include Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5-6 years experience in operations management in retail/consumer services, preferably multi-outlet food/quick service.
