Responsibilities:- Creative Direction: Provide strategic guidance to the design team, ensuring the development of visual concepts, campaigns, and projects align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives, translating them into impactful design solutions.
- Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Extensive experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and styles.
- Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Creative Vision: A visionary mindset with the ability to think strategically, conceptualize innovative ideas, and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
