Job Summary

This is a dynamic role that requires a seasoned professional to oversee and manage the financial operations of the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and ensuring the smooth execution of financial processes, systems, and initiatives.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the finance team in the Asia Pacific region, providing guidance and direction on financial matters.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in accountancy or a related field.
  • At least 7-9 years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and HFM is preferred.
