Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate quarterly forecasts for the Asia Pacific region, conducting regular upside/risk assessments.
  • Develop comprehensive quarterly performance outcome reports (POR) for P&L, Asset Management, Cash Flow, Capital, and Headcount.
  • Create Annual budgets that align with business objectives.

  • Prepare timely management reporting exhibits, bridges, and analysis for the President Council.
  • Conduct periodic site financial reviews to assess financial opportunity/risk and implement improvements in execution across Asia Pacific.
  • Participate in and drive Asia Pacific site quarterly Project reviews, providing strategic guidance where needed.
  • Review and validate monthly percentage of completion sales recognition and journal entries related to the Singapore Site.
  • Oversee implementation of new percentage of completion guidelines across Asia Pacific, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Review the monthly Project Health Dashboard, identifying areas for improvement and assessing any potential financial impact.
  • Analyze monthly Product Group/BAM reporting and prepare comprehensive quarterly POR.
  • Work collaboratively with countries to enhance software reporting, industry/Renewable reporting, project investment tracking, and other key initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary financial liaison between US Business Unit Headquarters and the Asia Pacific region.
  • Ensure a robust policy and procedure framework is in place, consistent with corporate guidelines and compliant with U.S. GAAP.
  • Review and recommend internal control enhancements to ensure the highest level of business integrity.
  • Liaise effectively with external auditors to facilitate prompt completion, signing, and filing of audited accounts.
  • Drive process improvements in financial systems, collaborating with cross-functional/cross-country teams as required.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the Singapore Sales Company SYSS Project Accounting team, fostering world-class financial practices.
  • Partner with the IT team and Manila SYSS finance team to develop the SYSS PowerBI Dashboard.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and report any unsafe work conditions or suggest improvements when necessary.
