Lead – Website & Social Commerce

This is a high-level position that combines P&L ownership, performance marketing leadership, and content-driven commerce strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will proactively drive business growth by experimenting with new models, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth Strategy
    • Develop and execute plans to drive profitable and sustainable growth for direct-to-consumer (D2C) and social commerce channels.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing spends while improving return on investment.
  • Website & Social Commerce Experience
    • Design and implement world-class UX/UI for the website, ensuring fast checkout and personalized journeys for customers.
    • Build and scale social commerce initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Performance Marketing & SEO
    • Work closely with the performance marketing agency to drive customer acquisition, retargeting, referral, and affiliate programs.
    • Partner with the SEO agency to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and content performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the product team to improve offerings like antivirus software and threat research services, using consumer insights to guide optimization.
    • Partner with Brand, IT, Strategy, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and commerce execution.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Set up dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, gross merchandise value (GMV), cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and social commerce contribution.
    • Present insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Ecosystem Engagement
    • Collaborate with influencers, marketplaces, affiliate partners, and other ecosystem players to drive both business and brand outcomes.
