About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate and project functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate and project functions, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, offer management, and onboarding
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through internal sourcing, job portals, referrals, and external partners
  • Designing and driving recruitment automation tools (ATS, dashboards, Excel-based trackers) to streamline processes and improve turnaround times
  • Ensuring timely and quality hiring within defined SLA/TATs
  • Driving employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business unit heads and function leaders
  • Partnering with leadership to implement workforce planning, organizational structuring, and manpower budgeting
  • Identifying skill gaps and enabling career progression, succession planning, and talent mobility
  • Improving efficiency of HR processes by driving digitization and Excel-based automation (e.g., dashboards, MIS reports, HRMS workflows)
  • Maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements
  • Resolving employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues with empathy and compliance
  • Driving engagement programs, R&R initiatives, skip-level meetings, and pulse surveys
  • Fostering a positive work culture aligned with organizational values

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and hiring strategy
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across levels with high credibility and influence
  • Proficient in Excel, HRMS systems, and data analysis
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and industry best practices
  • Strategic thinker with operational agility
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Industry
  • Prior experience in a Manufacturing / Renewable / Energy / Infra / Automotive domain preferred
  • Exposure to both white-collar and blue-collar talent management will be an advantage
