The role of Junior Graphic Designer entails crafting high-impact creatives for both digital and print platforms. This position demands a strong creative foundation, as well as experience working with various design tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Development: Design visually appealing assets that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver consistent visual materials.
  • Presentation and Feedback: Present design concepts, justify creative decisions, and adapt based on feedback from colleagues.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in graphic design.
  • Skillset: Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma, and a solid understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Cross-Platform Expertise: Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.
  • Brand Assets: Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Print Knowledge: Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing assets for performance and speed.
  • Industry Awareness: Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
Desirable Skills
  • CorelDRAW Knowledge: Working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
  • Motion Graphics: Experience in basic motion.
  • UI Design: Understanding of UI design principles.
