Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our digital marketing initiatives. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics that support our strategic marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in graphic design, visual communication, and branding. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand assets.
  2. Translate briefs into compelling, high-impact creative work.
  3. Collaborate closely with content, strategy, and performance teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  4. Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, modern ideas to the table.
  5. Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
  2. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  3. Solid understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
  4. A diverse, well-rounded portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and branding.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage deadlines and expectations.
