Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

The role involves producing high-quality visual content for various platforms, including websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing innovative visuals that meet the client's marketing strategy and target audience needs.
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure design projects are completed within agreed deadlines and meet their expectations.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the client's brand guidelines and applying them consistently in all design work.
  • Delivering high-quality results that have an instant, positive impact on the consumer, promoting products and brands.
  • Working on a range of creatives from e-commerce to social media, bringing simplicity in design to complex briefs.
  • Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
  • Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files to ensure compliance with output specifications.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience from digital agencies.
  • Proficiency in editing videos with animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
  • A deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
  • A consistent record of taking on, interpreting, and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative.
  • Confidence in bringing innovative ideas and creativity to projects while working within design guidelines across various collateral.
  • Strong client liaison skills with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills.
  • Design trends - ideal but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus.
  • On- and offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital.
  • Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
  • Expertise in beauty and BPC brands.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
