  • Provide technical oversight on Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Structured Streaming">
  • Guide delivery teams on best practices, CI/CD, and performance optimization">
  • Build and mentor a high-performing cloud talent pool">
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales to position cloud solutions">
  • Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and innovation initiatives">

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 12–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML, including 3–5 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms.

  • Deep expertise in Spark, Delta Lake, Python/Scala, SQL, and orchestration tools">
  • Experience with MLOps, Unity Catalog, Feature Store, and model lifecycle management">
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP integrations and BI tools">
  • Strong background in solution architecture, presales, and stakeholder engagement">
  • GCP/AWS/Azure certifications preferred">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills">
  • Prior experience in IT consulting or technology services">
