Job Title: Executive Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills to oversee the efficient management of our operations in the city. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations and management, accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supply chains and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This includes conducting data management, focusing on Recon & Recovery data using advanced Excel skills, and providing oversight of daily operations, particularly addressing Discharge and Admission escalations.

In this role, you will also facilitate onboarding processes and establish strategic partnerships with corporate and private hospitals, along with clinics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

To excel in this position, you should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong ownership and commitment to flawless execution, exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
