SATS Ltd., a leading venture in India, is seeking an experienced Human Capital Executive. As a key member of the Human Capital team, this role will provide administrative support to the HC department and collaborate with various departments to serve the organization's employees.

About The Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Prior experience in monitoring HR compliance and implementing organizational policies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR systems, policies, and procedures aligned with international and local labor laws.
  • Manage logistical support for guest and teams within specified budgets, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of office procurements, including equipment, vehicles, and other assets.
  • Conduct regular audits of office expenses and supplies to minimize extra costs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as team outings, office parties, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate travel-related activities for local and international official visits.
  • Monitor office infrastructure conditions, including buildings, parking facilities, air conditioning, electricity, water, and other utilities.
  • Assist in monthly contract employees' billing cycle.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
  • Support departmental heads in setting team goals and aligning them with organizational objectives.
  • Manage administrative tasks like compensation management, payroll processing, and training plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the exit process for departing employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in monitoring HR compliance and implementing organizational policies.
  • Knowledge of international and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency with HRMS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with office systems and administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in both oral and written communication.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to high-pressure work environments.

Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
