SATS India is a key entity within the global network of SATS Ltd., a Singapore-based leader in food solutions and gateway services. As part of our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital and Administration Executive.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the Human Capital department, collaborating with various teams, and serving the organization's employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement company-wide policies and procedures to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
  • Provide logistical support to guests and teams within designated budgets.
  • Maintain records of office procurements, including equipment, vehicles, and other assets.
  • Conduct regular audits of office expenses and supplies to minimize unnecessary costs.
  • Assist the HC team in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as team outings, office parties, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate all travel-related activities for local and international official visits.
  • Monitor the condition of office infrastructure, including buildings, parking facilities, air conditioning, electricity, water, and other office utilities.
  • Support in monthly contract employees' billing cycle.
  • Support the recruitment team in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
  • Assist departmental heads in setting team goals and aligning them with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate in creating training plans, conducting workshops, and arranging logistical support for these activities.
  • Manage the exit process for departing employees, including full and final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in monitoring HR compliance and implementing organizational policies.
  • Knowledge of international and local labor laws to develop HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency with HRMS tools.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with office systems and administrative processes such as visa processing and office licenses.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in both oral and written communication.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to high-pressure work environments.

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Located in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560300, this role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.
