About This Role

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in platform knowledge, systems integration, process optimization, and leadership will enable you to guide technical teams and drive enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Expertise: Develop deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Lead technical teams in solution development and implementation, ensuring seamless data flow and enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze business requirements and architect solutions that enhance functionality and performance.
  • Customization and Integration: Oversee and manage customization of the platform while maintaining best practices, integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system and solution testing to ensure stability and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities to support strategic decisions, ensuring technical viability of new deployments and continuous improvement of existing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Knowledge: Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, including extensive knowledge of systems integration, process optimization, and leadership skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development, IT service management, or related field, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
