About the Job:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team of innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating visually appealing designs that meet client objectives and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients or account managers to understand business requirements and develop design concepts.
  • Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by researching information and analyzing data.
  • Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.
  • Be aware of current trends in visual arts.
  • Experience working with AI technologies such as Midjourney, FireFly, etc.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and guide junior visualizers.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Familiarity with software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premiere Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
  • Experience with AI integration in design work.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
