Visual Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Director to lead our visual and aesthetic direction across brands.

  • Creative Leadership: Drive concept development, lead creative teams, ensure world-class execution, and collaborate closely with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Conceptual Development: Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms rooted in insight and executed with finesse.
  • Client Collaboration: Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, offering strategic rationale, building trust through clear communication, creative passion, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers, foster a culture of creative excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning.
  • Executional Excellence: Supervise all stages of production including shoots, animation, editing, and post-production to ensure creative integrity is maintained through delivery.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with copy, strategy, tech, production, and account management teams to bring ideas to life cohesively across all media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Strong command over design fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.
  • Confident in handling large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
