Exhibition Stall Designer & Graphic Expert

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to conceptualize, design, and execute innovative exhibition stalls, event spaces, and branding collaterals. The ideal candidate will blend architectural expertise with graphic design skills to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Job Description:

As an Exhibition Stall Designer & Graphic Expert, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional exhibition stalls, event setups, and branding materials. Your primary objective is to ensure designs align with client briefs and brand identity while working closely with fabrication and production teams to guarantee feasibility and execution accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design custom exhibition stalls, booths, and event setups using your knowledge of 2D layouts, 3D models, and rendering presentations.
  • Develop creative concepts for marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, social media creatives, and digital presentations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabrication teams for material selection and production quality.
  • Manage timelines, revisions, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign (or equivalent).
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics, space planning, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and construction detailing for exhibition stalls.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Graphic Design (or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of experience in exhibition stall design, events, or branding environments.
  • Portfolio demonstrating 3D design projects and graphic design work.
