Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional User Experience (UX) Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs that drive business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for creating intuitive and engaging experiences that meet the needs of our customers. If you have a talent for designing user interfaces, experience with design tools, and a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, we want to hear from you.

As a UX Designer at our company, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet business objectives. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure design quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field.
  • Creating graphic design assets such as website banners, event and exhibition booth backwall designs, marketing brochures, and other corporate branding materials.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is preferable.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Experience with User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in an Agile, Scrum environment.
  • Deep understanding of Apple's Human Interface Design Guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs, including Google's Material Design, and mobile-first concept.
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral (banners, booths, brochures, social media assets) in addition to digital product design.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to show relevant work.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
