**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced ERP Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. You will work closely with vendors to confirm PO details, delivery timelines, and special requirements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the successful management of multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PO Creation: Create Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system for group vendors in a timely manner.
  • Item Creation: Support the creation of new items in the ERP system to ensure inventory and procurement data are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Low Price Management: Create and maintain low-price data for group vendor shipments using Excel spreadsheets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, ERP systems, or a related role.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other relevant systems).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating reports, data analysis, and managing large datasets).
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in procurement or vendor management within a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management processes and procedures.
