Job Title: Integrated Navigation Systems Specialist

Role Overview

The Integrated Navigation Systems Engineer is the primary point of contact for vessels, fleet superintendents, and partners regarding the maintenance of integrated navigation systems. This role ensures that all actions taken meet technical and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Comply with international regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure duties are carried out in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethics standards.
  • Implement continuous performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor or organize surveys, health checks, and maintenance of navigation integrated systems.
  • Manage repairs within time and budget by sourcing best solutions with key partners.
  • Support vessel compliance with flag and class requirements related to navigation integrated systems.
  • Provide feedback and challenge repair proposals to ensure operational availability.
  • Evaluate and assess partners and key vendors.
  • Prepare annual budgets for assigned vessels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics and telecommunications.
  • 3 years' experience in support of vessels (preferred).
