Project Manager - Integration Specialist

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of integration projects. Your expertise in agile methodologies and project management will enable you to navigate complex technical landscapes and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage demand management & onboarding processes for initiatives/projects requiring Digital Backbone integration.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects from planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues.
  • Allocate and manage project resources to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Implement agile and other project management methodologies for predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor, and coach team members, provide feedback, and support professional development.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management roles within the Integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects is preferred.
  • Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Project management certification is a plus.
