Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to identify project management needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Configure SAP PS modules, including WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones, and other related components.
  • Integrate SAP PS with other SAP modules, such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, and PP, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Provide support for data migration, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, ensuring that the system is thoroughly tested and ready for production.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, creating comprehensive documentation to ensure they understand the system's capabilities and functionalities.
  • Resolve production support issues efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP PS, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, adaptability, and flexibility.
