Project Coordination Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Project Coordination Specialist.

Job Summary

This position is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in project coordination, Agile methodologies, and client communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, time, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate and document scrum meetings, stand-ups, and client discussions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and schedules.
  • Support project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to track updates, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
  • Technical understanding of web development, databases, and LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard) is a plus.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
