Automotive Design Specialist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an Automobile Designer who can generate design concepts for our car games.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute to the design of automotive projects (concepts), within the parameters of individual design processes.
  • This role requires staying up-to-date with trending cars, understanding what is hot and what is not, and applying that knowledge to create engaging car designs.
  • The selected candidate should be digitally savvy, sourcing links, Instagram pictures, tweets, blog pictures, etc. as reference links to use them for creating cars in our games.
  • This position involves searching for 3D Car models available on popular 3D Car Stores.
  • Having a good understanding of car physics is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for cars and car aesthetics.
  • Regularly reading car blogs, automobile e-magazines, automobile websites, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate with our team of 3D Automobile Artists to produce mobile game assets.
  • Understanding of surface flow of a car body and ability to communicate it to 3D Artists through sketches or Photoshop renders while making aesthetic changes to a car model.
  • Knowledge of car accessories for different segments of car models.
  • Comfortable working with data sheets to make important design decisions based on numbers, data, and analytics.
