We are seeking a visionary Art Director to lead our design initiatives, driving the creation of premium products and experiences that embody elegance, purpose, and simplicity.
- Develop innovative visual strategies for digital and print platforms, distilling complex ideas into refined and impactful designs.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to craft creative solutions that harmonize with our brand's tone and strategy.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering growth while maintaining exceptional standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints through clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
- Stay informed about global design trends and apply them where appropriate, balancing creativity with attention to detail.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on design integrity.
- 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and space utilization to create balanced and clean designs.
- Ability to develop understated yet effective designs communicating the brand's message.
- Experience working with international teams or brands, sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
