We are seeking a Strategic Creative Visionary to lead our team of creative professionals.

About the Role
  • Manage and motivate a team of creatives, leveraging your expertise in strategic planning, storytelling, and project management.
  • Develop innovative campaigns that drive results, collaborating closely with our Business Development team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, researching and monitoring competitor offerings to inform our strategies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and creative leadership.
  • Planning and executing high-quality campaigns that meet client expectations and exceed their goals.
  • Staying current with industry developments, adapting our approaches as needed to remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on creative leadership and team management.
  • Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality work.
