Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Candidate Champion to fill a Customer Success Intern role.

The primary responsibilities of this position involve communicating with candidates, verifying documentation, and ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and empathetically.

This full-time internship opportunity requires the candidate to work closely with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage candidate inquiries and resolve issues via email or chat.
  • Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, requesting additional information if necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates on the documentation process.
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and improve the overall experience.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
  • Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
