Job Description

Our organization is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control and assurance activities in the factories and material to ensure compliance with set quality standards.
  • Raw Material Inspection: Inspect raw materials used in production, packaging materials, and in-process materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and update SAP records as required.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for shop floor workmen to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with GMP, GRMS, and SQIP standards.
  • Government Compliance: Liaise with government authorities such as FSSAI, LMR, and Excise to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Food Technology/Microbiology/DIFAT.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG (Distilleries/Breweries/Beverages/Food Industries).
  • Skills: Analytical techniques, lab instruments calibration and maintenance, QMS and FSMS knowledge, proficiency in MS Office.
