Job Title: Oracle EBS Techno Functional Lead-Finance

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance to support our ongoing operations. The successful candidate will provide technical and functional support for finance modules, drive root cause analysis, ensure issue resolution, and participate in change control and documentation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Electronic Tax Services, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects within specified Service Level Agreements.
  • Perform thorough root cause analysis for recurring and critical incidents.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and support guides.
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings and adhere to change control processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Provide support during peak periods like Financial Close and Cyber 6.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources for seamless issue management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process and performance enhancements.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consulting.
  • Deep understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Finance.
