Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Analyst/Senior Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and build the organizational and analytical processes that will drive the strategic marketing function for our APAC organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer and Market Insights: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of macro-economic indicators and customer needs to inform business planning and strategy.
  2. Business and Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the strategic marketing team to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities. Develop and maintain clear and complete understanding and knowledge on business strategy pillars, business operations, and processes.
  3. Market Assessment, Research, and Strategic Insights: Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of market trends, opportunities, and threats. Work with internal and external experts to build a base for value creation projects and programs.
  4. Programs and Initiatives: Perform business analysis and reporting for assigned projects, reviews, and presentations. Contribute to cross-functional projects, including market evaluation, resource planning, problem-solving, and operational planning.
  5. Marketing Program Management: Develop and maintain dashboards, analysis, and data requirements to support future business planning and problem-solving. Collaborate with internal functions to drive joint efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, engineering, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
  • Experience in market intelligence, market research, and business planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Strategic thinking and innovation mindset.
  • Ability to read future market trends and needs.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational culture in a matrix structure.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and using Excel sheets, presentations, and business analysis and reporting software.
