Job Title: Senior Research Analyst

The Strategic Research team at AXA XL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis of the insurance and reinsurance market trends, tracking competitors, and delivering strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and emerging risks
  • Develop and maintain databases and research tools
  • Communicate research findings to senior management and stakeholders
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions to understand and interpret requirements
Requirements:
  • Relevant years of experience in business/secondary research at a leading professional/consulting firm, Big 4, financial services captives, or a leading research firm
  • Master's degree in business administration from a reputable institute
  • Secondary research skills and comfortable using external research sources
  • Ability to analyze business information and organize multiple points and large amounts of data into concise targeted information summaries
Desired Skills:
  • Insurance domain knowledge preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in a team environment and resiliently
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing, listening
  • Effective knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
