Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to ensure seamless functionality across our integrated systems.
This includes NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Shopify eCommerce, and Celigo integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test plans, executing manual and automated tests, and verifying real-time data syncs between systems.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive test plans for NetSuite: Order-to-cash, inventory, and financial workflows, Salesforce: Lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, and Service Cloud cases, Shopify: Checkout, payment gateways, and product syncs, and Celigo: Validate data mappings (e.g., Shopify → NetSuite orders).
- Execute thorough testing of releases, patches, and integrations, Verify accurate data synchronization between systems (e.g., customer updates in Salesforce → NetSuite), Debug API failures (Celigo flows, webhooks, REST/SOAP endpoints), Audit error logs and escalate to developers.
- Log defects in a tracking system, including steps to reproduce, screenshots/API payloads, severity (P0-P3), track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.
- Build test scripts for regression testing, Use Celigo's built-in debugger to validate integration of jobs, Leverage NetSuite's Suite Script for custom test validations.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR/SOC2 regulations in data handling, Maintain QA documentation for test cases and runbooks.
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in Testing Tools: Postman/Swagger (API testing), Selenium/Playwright (UI automation), Playwright/Rest Assured (API Automation), Jira/Xray (test management).
- Platform-Specific Knowledge: NetSuite: Saved searches, Suite Script, CSV imports, Salesforce: Flows, validation rules, Apex triggers, Shopify: Liquid templating, GraphQL API, Celigo: Integration flows, error handling.
- Bonus: Certifications like NetSuite Suite Foundation, Salesforce Admin, Celigo iPaaS, ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL).
- Soft Skills: Analytical Mindset, Collaboration, Proactive.
Additional Information: This role involves working closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
